1. Use of Service
Access is granted for personal educational use. You may view materials, download any explicitly downloadable resources, and participate in permitted community areas.
You must not redistribute, resell, publicly repost, or otherwise share course materials outside the service unless a specific license explicitly allows it.

2. Purchases and Access
Purchases grant access as described at checkout. Access may be time-limited or lifetime, depending on the product description at the time of purchase.
All purchases are final unless required by applicable law. If a refund is available for a product, the policy will be stated on the purchase page.
Sharing accounts, credential trading, or attempts to bypass access controls may result in suspension.
3. Community Conduct
Be respectful in all community spaces. Harassment, hate speech, targeted abuse, threats, and doxxing are prohibited.
Do not spam, post malware, run scams, or publish unlawful content. We may remove content and restrict accounts to protect the community.
Moderation actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, and permanent bans depending on severity and history.
4. Privacy & Data Handling
We aim to collect only what is needed to operate the service, provide course access, and support users.
Device-level preferences (such as theme choice and the “local acceptance” state on this page) may be stored in your browser’s localStorage.

You may not remove copyright notices or obscure attribution where present.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will meet every user’s expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraCraft Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
